in January of 2006. Prior to joining Extendicare in 2003 as
Vice-President of Eastern Operations, Paul was with the Ontario Ministry
of Health and Long-Term Care for 13 years most recently as Director of
the Long Term Care Branch.

Degree and obtained her Chartered Accountant designation while working

Richard Luneburg
VICE PRESIDENT, WESTERN OPERATIONSRik Luneburg started at Extendicare in 1990 as a dietary aide while attending the University of Ottawa. After he completed his studies, he took a position as an activity aide at Extendicare Medex. Rik was appointed to the position of Resident Program Manager in 2001 at Extendicare West End Villa.
